Recruitment fraud is a sophisticated scam that offers fake job opportunities to job seekers. It has come to our attention that Omnitail, LLC, has been used to solicit personal information as part of a fraudulent hiring scam.

All open positions at Omnitail are posted exclusively on https://omnitail.net/careers and the official Omnitail LinkedIn company page; any position not posted on either of these official pages is not a real job Omnitail has open. Omnitail does all recruiting internally and does not utilize external recruitment agencies or consultants.

Should you apply for a job with Omnitail and be contacted by an employee of Omnitail, all interviews will be scheduled by someone living in the United States with an official Omnitail email address and conducted over video call. Please know that Omnitail will never contact you via text message regarding a job posting or a job offer.

Omnitail does not, and will not, ask you to share any personal information until an offer stage. Omnitail does not ask for any financial information at any stage of the recruitment process. Anyone who asks candidates to submit unusual personal information (like bank statements or utility bills), to pay a fee to be considered for a job, or to pay “start-up expenses or advances” after being hired is not affiliated with Omnitail. Omnitail does not use third-party messaging tools such as Google Hangouts, WhatsApp, Facebook, Facebook Messenger, or other similar tools to extend job offers.

We have been made aware that people posing as employees or recruiters of Omnitail made contact about job opportunities and have extended job offers on behalf of Omnitail. These job postings and offers are not authorized by Omnitail. Omnitail is not responsible for fraudulent offers or requests for personal information, and we encourage you to contact your local law enforcement if you were victimized in this manner.
